PatentDrawOne-time credit purchases
PatentDraw sells one-time credit packages. There are no recurring subscriptions to cancel. Credits are added after a completed payment is securely confirmed.
Refund requests
Contact support@patentdraw.pro within 14 days of purchase with your account email and order details. We review requests individually and refund eligible unused balances to the original payment method where required by law or when a service issue prevented reasonable use.
Used credits and chargebacks
Credits already consumed for generated work are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Do not initiate a chargeback before contacting support; we will investigate payment and fulfillment records promptly.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on the financial institution.
